Manav (Akshay Khanna) a young and rich bachelor falls into the love of Manasi (Aishwarya Rai), while he is on hill-station visit. Manasi is beautiful and talented daughter of the singer there. This is opposed to Manav's family and thy don't allow them to meet each other. Till then Manasi happen to become to famous singer, with the help and support of Kapu (Anil Kapoor)....
